Our classic pepperoni pizza.
We start with our world famous (ok, not yet, but soon) naturally leavened dough. We use fresh mozzarella so you get that stringy pull everyone loves. Then we pile on the dry aged pepperoni, giving it a perfectly spicy, salty balance. This is sure to be a family favorite.
Tiramisu
The delicate flavor of layers of mascarpone, light whipped cream and Marsala are contrasted with the darkly robust presence of single origin Guatemala coffee, dipped Myers lemon madeleine cake, and the sharpness of cocoa powder. The name itself, tiramisu, means “pick me up” in Italian, most likely referring to the two caffeinated ingredients that are present in the dish, espresso and cocoa.
So remember, whenever you need pick me up, or just want a delicious dessert, try our house-made tiramisu. It won’t disappoint.
